Students checked and corrected the worksheet on symmetry and checked workbook pages 58–61 for corrections and discussion. We also completed section 3 on “Arthropods and Arachnids” in the workbook (pages 63 and 64) as well as a reinforcement worksheet on the subject.

READING:
We completed the test over the novel “Zachary Beaver Comes to Town”. Afterwards, students spent the remainder of the class finishing up their novel activities packets and getting A.R. points.

Students observed animal behaviors by completing a science lab involving earthworms.
