Today, we reviewed chapter 14 on the “Flow of Water” by completing the Chapter Review on page 372 and 373 in our science textbook. Students also finished their worksheet packets.

SCIENCE:
Students participated in class discussion and completed answering their notebook questions on Section 14.1 “The Active River”. We concentrated on descrbing the flow of a river system and the different stages of a river. Students also completed a hand diagram activity to illustrate how water flows on the Earth’s surface.

Students organized and turned in Chapter 21 and 22 notebook check packets as well as workbook checksheets to be graded.
Students also defined new vocabulary words for Chapter 14 (pages 370–371 : Sections 1,2, and 3 only).
