SCIENCE:
Students created notebook outlines to finish out chapter 15 Section 3 and 4: on Air pressure, wind, and air pollution. Students also completed workbook pages 123–126 (selected questions highlighted in workbook).

SCIENCE:
Students began discussing the greenhouse effect and global warming on the Earth’s atmosphere before we were notified to abbreviate classes, because of the possible inclement weather to arrive later on this afternoon (LUCKY STUDENTS!!!!!). SCIENCE:
Today students discussed the layers of the Atmosphere with a powerpoint presentation.
Students answered the notebook outline questions and finished their assigned workbook pages.
HOMEWORK:
Finish the worksheet: “Earth’s Amazing Atmosphere” and workbook pages if you did not do so!!!!!
READING:
Today was library day with Dr. Crafford. Students were also allowed time to complete A.R. Testing.

Students received and discussed project guidelines on “Wheather Project”. Students also created notebook outlines for Section 1 and 2 of Chapter 15. We finished class by working on the assigned workbook pages for sections 1 and 2.

Students completed test on chapter14, turned in notebook check packets and also began vocabulary for Chapters 15 and 16 on pages 402 and 434 in the science workbook.
