SCIENCE:
Today we completed a short quiz on the parts of a flower and their functions. We also completed lessons 11–14 in the TCAP Coach workbook, which covered weather and the water cycle.

Today students reviewed cellular respiration and photosynthesis as well as discussed the carbon cycle. We finished the class by completing a short quiz and watched a brief “BRAINPOP” video on the carbon cycle.

Students watched a short interactive video clip on “Photosynthesis” using the WONDERVILLE interactive website. Students discussed the processes of photosythesis and cellular respiration. They also reviewed how oxygen must flow through the body using the respiratory and circulatory system.
